PERSONAL TUITION & PRIVATE GROUPS

Sometimes you need the personal touch

Art Of Changes Tai Chi provides a more personalised approach to a number of people.  You can learn on your own or as a private group. It's up to you really.  Here's some information...…...

PERSONAL TUITION

In terms of learning, there can be no better way to acquire the art.  Not only are the pace and content specifically tailored to the student individually, but also the location and timing of the lessons.  You get the optimum influence on the How, What, Where and When of your Tai Chi journey with one to one guidance and feedback from a master instructor.

Learners choose personal tuition for a variety of reasons.  For some it is simply because their schedules make group classes impractical.  Others wish to accelerate or fine-tune what they have learned in group sessions.  Still others have specific health, mobility or wellbeing goals and wish to tailor their sessions or focus on aspects of the art which interest them the most.  Whatever the reason, personal tuition provides the maximum freedom and opportunity to create the path which is right for you.

PRIVATE GROUPS

This manner of learning offers many of the benefits of personal tuition in terms of flexibility of timing, location and personalised lesson content.  As the name suggests, it is often the case that the student wishes to share the learning experience with their partner, friends or colleagues.  Having a common interest can be rewarding in so many ways and private group classes can facilitate this by creating lessons where you have control of the time and place with a group of your choice.  You can choose to follow any or all aspects of the syllabus as you wish.

“ Damien’s extensive knowledge and practical teaching methods are both engaging and fulfilling. Since starting his course I have reduced my arthritic pain enormously. He has given me back not only physical mobility but also a mental calmness and focus that flows through everything I do. ”
Rocky O’Leary
“Calm and empathetic, Damien is a natural teacher who is knowledgeable, patient and endlessly encouraging. I attend his Wadhurst class and have enjoyed some personal tuition as a Christmas present from my husband. Through one-on-one tuition, I have grown in confidence and gained even more satisfaction from attending class. Damien has shown to me that Tai Chi is mindfulness in motion and this is a gift to be treasured”
Beverly Landais, Executive Coach – Tunbridge Wells.
